From my almost 35 years of experience with beauty, I have learned that 90% of my healthy beauty is from my fitness.
I want my muscles to be tight “ Sore is the new sexy “and I want my skin to be even tighter “strong is the new skin” – without any plastic surgery – at least not yet! I’m going to wait until I’m in my 40’s before I consider this option. I know that by 2030 I will look and feel much younger and prettier than now. Why? Because there are a lot of amazing new skincare products I want to try, and I also want to try new types of workouts as well. They are all going to help me delay aging, and help my brain to stay sharp.
My stomach and my butt are firm and tight because of my fitness routine and because I eat healthy food (FYI – I eat 3 to 4 meals a day).
I believe working out – for at least 30 minutes a day – should be part of everyone’s daily routine.
I have seen so many different and interesting approaches to working-out:
Chloe, one of my clients who is only 15, has completely transformed her body through a disciplined workout regime. She works closely with her trainer.
I recently took a class at the stunningly beauty https://www.hummingpuppy.com/Yoga Studio, and our class had a woman who was eight months pregnant. She looked fabulous as she was exercising to take care of herself and her baby.
I also know Sarah – who has a new baby boy – she has a bike in her living room for working out each day.
Susan workouts during her lunch time, because she is not a morning person and she spends the evening with her friends.
Today we order everything online – food, wine, clothing, home supplies, groceries…
Consequently we are much less active. We should be embracing exercise and working-out, not only for ourselves but for the next generation.
I not only workout at Equinox, but I also experiment such as my recent yoga excursion or running outdoors. Now I’m very into swimming ?♀️ . I work out 7 days a week, but I never repeat the same workout as i want to feel fresh and challenge myself in new ways.
When I travel I always make sure that I either have access to a gym or to a running or walking trail. Working out become my daily routine.
Tip: I don’t workout on an empty stomach, I always eat a cheese stick or almonds. I like the cheese as it contains calcium which helps make my bones stronger.
Tip: I always putting tighten skin lotion on after my post-workout shower. This helps make my body skin tighter.
