Wrong Shampoo:
When shopping for clothing, it is wise to pay attention to your body type. The same goes for purchasing a new hair product. Using the correct shampoo and conditioner will solve 75% of your hair problems.

Bad Diet – particularly eating processed food:
You’ve heard it before, but I’m here to remind you again – you are what you eat. This is especially true for your hair, so if you want healthy, hydrated, shinier-than-ever tresses that down-to-there, make sure you pack your plate with healthy, unprocessed food. Bonus: it will help your skin too.

Wearing a Hat too often:
It will suffocate your hair. Of course you should cover your head when walking in 10 degrees winter weather, and also wearing a sun hat to protect your head on a 90 degrees beach day. Just remember our scalp needs oxygen at the root to circulation, so try and wear a hat only when you need it.

Choosing the wrong brand of haircolor:
Hair growth and loss is a complex chemical process. Touch your roots up every 4-6 weeks, plus 45 minutes on your scalp during the coloring process. Always know what haircolor brand to use. Go with natural, herbal, organic, and ammonia free brands.

If you just had a baby:
Women often lose a ton of hair post-pregnancy. When you’re pregnant, your hair stays in its growth stage (known as anagen) for nine months. When my clients are pregnant, i know their hair is grow extra thick and fast. But once you pop that baby out, your hair shifts to the shedding stage (known as telogen). What that means is you can expect to see all of that hair that should’ve fallen out while you were pregnant shed at once. t’s startling how much hair you lose, but it grows back.

If you’re experiencing major stress:
Another situation that can throw a wrench into how much hair you lose on a daily basis? That would be stress – whether it’s a health issue or going through a break-up – stress can put you in the shedding stage (telogen). Once your hair is in the telogen stage, there’s nothing you can do to stop it from shedding. Stress-related hair loss typically resolves itself within six to nine months.    But I do recommendation to try  my happy ouai pills .
